The Tech Zone Does Comdex

While Comdex doesn't use as many booth babes as E3 would, there was a pretty good selection. However, because Comdex covers 1.2 million square feet, you have to do a lot of walking to find them. :)

We attended a lot of parties while at Comdex. Some were good, some not so good. Here are some pics from two good ones.

nVidia had a combo party and news conference at the Harley Davidson Cafe. The food was great and the bar was open. The people at nVidia are a great bunch and we're really looking forward to trying out that GeForce 2 Go.

Microsoft had a party for Pocket PC users. To get in you must have a Pocket PC. We only had two Pocket PCs and seven people but that didn't stop us from getting everyone in. Had a chance to meet up with Beth Goza (3rd photo), Derek Brown and the rest of the MS Pocket PC team. There were lots of prizes up for grabs but I didn't win any. :(
