An Interview with  Glaze3D and the People Behind the Technology

Written: 8/18/99

Tahir Khan

Firstly let me thank you for taking time out to do this interview once again. I apologize for the length of this interview but I am hoping to do a complete article on the exciting technology that is Glaze3D.

I would ask that you try to - when it is possible - answer the questions in full even though some of the answers are already available on your WWW pages and press release. This is not to make your life difficult, but rather to aid the reader’s understanding of the technology that you have developed, without having to really understand the jargon around it (jargon can be cool though!)

For your convenience and for the readers I have ordered the questions into sub-headings. Most of these questions are mine, however a fair few are from my colleagues, Vince Freeman (who also helped me sense of some of the figures on your press release) from ExtremeHardware and Bill Stone from PC Paradox being the most prolific and notable contributors.

I would like to apologize in advance on the ‘harshness’ of some of these questions but I think you will understand that a comment from you regarding such matters would help clear up the air and finally put to rest the ‘cynics’.

Onto the questions... J

Can’t say, sorry.

What is your company philosophy?
