Virus Warning Disabled Not that useful at the BIOS level
CPU Level 1 Cache Enabled Must be enabled or you'll get 486 level speed
CPU Level 2 Cache Enabled Disable to test if the L2 cache is the limiting factor for overclocking, but for general use, enabled gives much better speed
CPU L2 Cache ECC Checking Disabled ECC cache is not required for non-server or mission critical type applications
Quick Power On Self Test Enabled This will speed up the boot process
Boot Sequence C,A,SCSI This speeds up the boot slightly by bypassing the floppy drive in the bootup search sequence in favor of the hard drive
Swap Floppy Drive Disabled  
Boot Up Floppy Seek Disabled Speeds up boot and makes floppy drive last longer
Boot Up NumLock Status No difference  
IDE HDD Block Mode Disabled Unnecessary with setup

Video BIOS Shadow Enabled Faster for most video cards, if you run into problems, disable
