The Unreal Case

Where's all this air gonna go?
I had to exhaust all that air being sucked in by the front fan, so I did this to the I/O plate. This was the hardest part of the whole cutting process. It was very hard to keep this piece from vibrating while cutting it, especially where it got close to the edges. It was hard to keep it steady without bending it, and I had to ease off numerous times rather than risk bending it all out of shape.

Modifying the Shell
I was actually unaware that the case had a one-piece cover until I got it. I was mainly concerned that should be tool-less and sturdy. After a few attempts to take-off and replace the cover, I decided that there had to be a way to modify this so that I could just remove a side panel whenever I wanted, with the minimum amount of fuss. Sha-Bam! Brainstorm!
