Global Win 802 ATX Case Review

The Global win 802 is just full of little details and extras that set it apart from the pack. My favorite part of the case is the swappable face plate. The case came deliver with a slot of one floppy drive, which should be no problem for most people. However for those that also have a zip drive it presents a bit of a dilemma. With the 802, you just swap out the single floppy face and swap in the double row floppy face. Now you can have both a floppy and zip drive. Really nice.

No screwdriver need

The Global win 802 is a "tools free" case. You don't need a screwdriver to take it apart. The case is held together by thumb screws. I can take the case apart and put the whole thing back together in about 3 minutes. The case ships with extra thumb screws in case you lose them.

Now this is something you don't see in many cases. Riser card supporters! The Riser card supporter prevent add-on cards from getting loose. This is great if you're going to use this case for a LAN party box. It'll hold all your AGP and PCI cards nice and secure.

Other nice touches includes finishing caps on the 5.25 drive bays. Makes that CD ROM look so much better. Helps maintain that round look to the case.
