Overclock Warehouse GXT1212 Case Review
The fans, are Dynatron 120mmx25mm fans, rated at 88 cubic feet per minute of air, and 43dBA of noise. That's reasonably quiet.
Here is a better look at another noteworthy item in this case, the Enermax 330w power supplies intake fan. The blades are clear plastic, so you can look inside the supply! It's rare that a power supply includes 2 fans (intake & exhaust), so this should augment case cooling quite nicely considering it's right over where the CPU would be.
The Enermax EG351P-VE power supply is a noteworthy
addition to this case. Rated at a combined 330watts (160watts on +5v and +3.3v)
and AMD approved, it should be more than adequate for the hardware you can fit
in a Midtower, and is a great choice for a high spec Athlon system in
particular, due to AMD's hunger for power. The intake fan is temperature
controlled, and there is an included thermodiode to measure case temperatures
and adjust fan speed accordingly. The ATX power cable is thoughtfully bundled
together in a black mesh sleeve, and is 2 FEET LONG! A little overkill for a Mid
Tower install, but you shouldn't have to worry about having enough ATX power
cable length!
At the back of the case, you can see that there are decent cutouts for the 120mm exhaust fan. Overall, the case is better than average for rigidity and stiffness. There are no sharp edges to be found anywhere, and all surfaces are finished.
