One of the problems with the S4 7100 speaker system is there are no current computer sound cards which can process Dolby AC3 or Pro Logic information. This makes the center channel speaker of the S4 7100 non functioning and pretty much useless. MidiLand also saw a trend of people watching more and more DVDs on their computer or using their computer as the DVD player in a home theatre system. With no Dolby Surround sound card on the market, MidiLand saw a great opportunity to introduce the ADS-2000.
