Globalwin is a fairly well-known name in the heatsink and cooling game and we've seen their products around for awhile. They were on top of the world in this arena until Alpha came onto the scene and rained all over Globalwin's parade. Then suddenly Globalwin wasn't king of the hill anymore. Since then Globalwin always seems to be chasing after Alpha in the CPU cooling world. Recently Globalwin has introduced some decent monsters to the market including the VOS32 which is currently one of the better reasonably priced heatsinks on the market.
