The reaction from everyone at The Tech Zone office when they first saw the new Thermaltake Blue Orb was "Ohhhhh! Blue Orb!" One thing about this Orb is it won't leave you feeling blue if you need to keep your red hot video card cool.

The Blue Orb is kinda like a mini version of the Golden Orb but instead of using it to cool your CPU, it's design to cool your video card. The Orb will fit most video cards on the market today except for those with caps close to the video chipset. Beside video cards, the Blue Orb can also be used for cooling the chipset on your motherboard.

The Orb is compact, quiet, and very cool looking.  It comes with push-pins and thermal grease for attaching it to your motherboard or video card if mounting holes are provided.  If not, it also includes a square of thermal tape. For those who owns a motherboard without fan headers, there is a hooded 3 to 4 pin adapter to hook the Orb to your computer power supply.

The unit measures 50mm wide and 15mm high. This will mean losing one PCI slot when used to cool your video card. The fan spins at 4,600RPM and pumps out 15 CFM of air. This is more than most CPU coolers!
