Again... The numbers speak for themselves. The ATA-100
and RAID features definitely made a huge difference in these benchmarks over the
ATA-66. I was surprised that the Celeron 2 didn't perform at least on par with
the Pentium 3 considering the fact that the Celeron was running a full 150mhz
faster than the Pentium. The combination of higher bus speed and more on-die
level 2 cache on the P3-667EB are definitely factors in this disparity in
benchmarks. So, what's my conclusion?
