Features

Aside from the great inner workings of the power supply itself.
The number of additional features is where this power supply really outshines
the competition. I'm sure that I could sit here all day and ramble on about
every minute detail of this power supply. But, I decided to spare you the
agony. Here are a few features that I felt that really jumped out at me and I
felt that I needed to touch on:
-
Enermax power supplies feature a clear plastic fans
which allows you to actually see the high quality bearings. A lot of other
power supplies use shoddier sleeve type bearing fans that fail and seize
much sooner.
-
High quality chrome fan grills are used to improve
airflow much better than the normal "punched out" air notches on other power
supplies.
-
Thermally controlled "Super Noise Killer" feature which
increases and decreases the fan speed based on the operating temperatures.
-
Motherboard fan monitoring header for use with programs
such as Motherboard Monitor to keep tabs on power supply fan speed.
-
Dual
fans (high quality dual ball bearing 92mm intake and 80mm exhaust fans)
-
Plenty of power leads: Eight four pin Molex connectors and one FDD
connector
-
Power
leads are 1 meter (30") in lentgh to accommodate almost any type of case.
-
External ON/OFF switch & Toggle b/w 115v and 230v.
-
Exceeds Intel and AMD requirements.
-
Long life. Estimated 100,000 MTBF based on 70% constant
load.
-
Meets Intel v2.01 & v2.03 ATX form factor.
In my last review I gave an ATX power pin layout for you to
have for reference. This time I took it a little further and added color to the
pins to make it clearer.

All-in-all pretty damned impressive in my opinion! Now,
how easy was the installation?
