Composition

Material

100% Silver Filled Silicone Grease with 79% to 82% pure micronized silver content.

Description and Properties

6.5g syringe

This is a smooth thermal compound with a non-grainy consistency.  It’s neither runny nor hard and seems to have that “just right” feel between the fingers.   Quoted from the manufacturer’s website:

“The only premium silver thermal compound specifically designed to maximize the thermal conductivity between today's high-performance processors and high-capacity coolers.”

  Thermal Conductivity                        4.65 to 5.15

Composition

Material

100% Silver Filled Silicone Grease.

Description and Properties

6.5g syringe

This is another metal filled grease that is a bit inconsistent in texture.  In both samples I was provided it was both runny and thick.  I also found that the silver particles were much too thick. I wasted about 90% of the first tube because it took excessive pressure to get the plunger to extract the compound.

“CircuitWorksâ Silver Conductive Grease provides maximum electrical and thermal conductivity, proven lubrication properties, and protection from moisture, oxidation, and other environmental hazards.  This system utilizes an advanced silicone lubricant that is compatible with metal, rubber, and plastic.”
