Benchmark numbers in SiSoft's synthetic CPU/FPU
benchmarks are about spot on to what you'd see in a *real* dual P3-1ghz system
The multimedia benchmarks slow similar results, which is
what we expected.
The memory performance is somewhat disappointing, but
typical of VIA chipset boards that do not have 4-way interleaving enabled in the
BIOS. There is no way to change this in the BIOS of this board either, a poor
oversight by MSI. Using H.oda's WPCREDIT and WPCRSET available
here these settings can be
tweaked. Still experimenting with WPCREDIT here, so no results as of yet.
