Besides the faster clock/memory speed and the fan on the heatsink, there is no differences what so ever between the Viper V770 Ultra and the Viper V770. Just like the Viper V770, every 3D feature known to man is available with the V770 Ulta. 

While the V770 only came bundled with a trail copy of Need For Speed III, the V770 Ultra came with the full version of Superbike World Championship and Wild Metal Country. The cost of the 2 games would more than equal the $50 difference between the 2 video cards. Surprisingly, the V770 Ultra doesn't have TV out.
